Welcome to DailyTrades.in, a fintech platform owned and operated by Protective Collar AI Technology Private Limited. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

• DailyTrades.in serves as a marketplace for SEBI-registered Research Analysts (RA) and Investment Advisers (IA).
• We do not provide investment advice directly. All recommendations are made solely by registered advisors onboarded on our platform.
• By using our platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Disclaimer.

2. Definitions

• Platform: DailyTrades.in website, mobile application, or any digital interface.
• Advisor: A SEBI-registered Research Analyst (RA) or Investment Adviser (IA) onboarded on DailyTrades.in.
• User: Any trader or investor subscribing to advisory services via the platform.
• Subscription: A prepaid plan purchased to access recommendations from advisors

3. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years of age or older.
• Users must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

4. Services Provided

DailyTrades.in provides:

• Discovery of SEBI-registered advisors.
• Paid subscription plans for trade and investment recommendations.
• Secure online payments via integrated gateways.
• Risk profiling and investor agreement collection (as mandated by SEBI).
• Communication through electronic means (in-app notifications, email, or calls).

5. Registration & User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate, updated, and complete information during registration.
• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• Any activity carried out through a user’s account will be treated as the responsibility of that account holder.
• DailyTrades.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, violation of policies, or misuse.

6. Payment & Pricing

• Subscriptions are prepaid, non-transferable, and non-refundable (except in cases of duplicate or erroneous payments).
• Prices listed on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• DailyTrades.in reserves the right to update pricing without prior notice.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• As per our policy, no refunds or cancellations are allowed once a subscription is activated.
• Exceptions apply only in case of duplicate payments or technical errors.
• Users may choose not to renew their subscription upon expiry.

8. Investment Risk & Disclaimer

• Investments in financial markets carry inherent risks, including potential loss of capital.
• DailyTrades.in does not guarantee profits, returns, or specific outcomes.

• Financial losses incurred by users due to advisor recommendations.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in information provided on the platform.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, and data on DailyTrades.in are the property of Protective Collar AI Technology Pvt Ltd.
• Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or misusing platform content without prior written permission.

11. Termination of Services

• DailyTrades.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its discretion in cases of:
  • Policy violations
  • Misuse of services
  • Fraudulent or unlawful activities
• Users may also request account termination, subject to verification.

12. Indemnification

By using DailyTrades.in, users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the platform, its affiliates, and employees against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of services.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida / Delhi NCR.

• Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
